Who Is Jake Lebovitch?

Hey! I'm Jake Lebovitch, and I'm a former NCAA pitcher who understands the frustration of having big dreams but an unclear path to reach them.

My story isn't one of a can't-miss prospect. Coming out of high school in New Jersey as a top-50 ranked pitcher, I had options. But my college career was a rollercoaster. I experienced the highs of throwing shutout innings against nationally-ranked teams and the lows of struggling with the mental side of the game, unable to make the adjustments needed to win.

My transformation didn't happen overnight. It came from figuring out the mental skills required to adjust and succeed at a high level. Unfortunately, by the time I had the blueprint, my junior and senior seasons were cut short by COVID, and a shoulder injury sidelined my professional aspirations.

I feel like I went through those struggles so that I can show you guys the path of what not to do before you even do it. I want to be able to give you the blueprint of how to not make the same mistakes I did so that you can capitalize on your development.

Now, with a Master's Degree in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology from the University of Florida, I've dedicated my career to providing the holistic, individualized coaching I wish I had. I've built a proven system that combines elite strength and conditioning with advanced pitching development to help pitchers unlock their true potential.

I don't have access to a fancy facility. Can I still do this program?

Absolutely. While access to a gym and a place to throw is ideal, the program is designed to be adaptable. Many of my athletes have made incredible progress with a simple garage or basement setup. The program is tailored to your individual resources. If you are committed to the process, we will find a way to make it work.

How is online coaching better than my local in-person coach?

Traditional in-person lessons once a week are not enough. Development happens in the day-to-day grind. My online system provides daily support and feedback, ensuring you are training correctly every single day. Furthermore, I provide a holistic, integrated plan where your strength training is specifically designed to improve your pitching mechanics.

What kind of support will I get?

You receive a level of daily support that traditional lessons can't match. This includes customized weekly training plans, daily video feedback on your mechanics and lifts, 24/7 direct messaging access for questions, a comprehensive video library, and progress tracking to ensure you are constantly improving.

What happens after I apply?
